When do you feel most happy?
I would have to say I feel most happy after a great workout, or when I am going to sleep after a good day.
Reaction to article: The main point of the article is that outside factors do not determine whether or not we are happy but the way we interpret these factors is what truly defines our happiness. I like this idea because the exact same experiences can happen to two people but based on each persons interpretation of the events the resulting mood and memories can be hugely different.
Where are you on the chart?
I'm not super sure the chart is kinda confusing but if I had to pick somewhere I would probably say I'm in the Flow Channel somewhere in the middle.

It has changed throughout my project by lowering the challenges and increasing the skills.
