Red flag

How much time did you spend on your project this week?

This week I have spent about an hour on my project. It is a rest week for me so I'm not going to be spending as much time as normal on it this week.

What did you do that was hands-on?

I haven't done much hands on work this week unless you count eating as hands on.

What research did you do?

The research I did this week was continuing to read Bodybuilding 201. ALso I have been reading lots of articals on bodybuilding.com

Did you meet with your mentor?

Not yet but I am meeting with Austin Powers on Friday.

Do you have at least three journal entries?

No this will be my second for the week and I will have one or two more planned.

Were you in class this week?

I was in class on Monday and will be there on Thursday.

How do you think your fulfillment of the requirements were this week?

I feel like my fulfillment of the requirements this week has been adequate. I haven't spent as much time on my project as normal this week but what I am doing is important in order for me to have the best possible results and achieve what I want. Rest time is often categorized as laziness when in reality is it critical for long term success.
What are your plans for next week?

Next week I plan on going back to my regular workout routine. Hopefully the week off will give me more energy for my lifts and help with enthusiasm.
