Update


Finally I got proactive and took my first progress pictures, body fat measurements and weigh in.
 I never took my baseline pictures at the start of the project which I'm upset about but I did take a pre project bodyfat measurement and weight in.

Baseline body fat: 14%
Current body fat: 12%

Baseline weight: 185 lbs.
Current weight: 182 lbs.

Noted physical changes: Over the last 4-5 weeks I have noticed lots of changes in my body. The biggest change I have noticed is I am much more vascular (veiny). I have been seeing new veins pop out what seems like every time I look in the mirror and it is something that inspires me to keep going. The first place I noticed them was on my calves, the artery running down the inside of my calve has been getting much more pronounced and visible. After that I saw my forearms starting to pump out and pop out. After that I started seeing them more and more on my waistline. Soon after this the veins on the insides of my thighs and on my knees started to appear more and more this happened around the same time as the arteries on my biceps started to show. Lastly sometime last week Wednesday maybe I had just gotten out of the shower and I noticed that the veins on the front of my shoulder were coming out. Other than the vascularity I have seen a little more definition in my abdominal area and in the front of my thighs. The peak of my bicep has grown a little bit and there seems to be more striation in my triceps.

I am very happy with my progress so far but there is still a long way to go for me to get where I want to be but this helps me know that every day I am making progress toward my goals.
